ED. Everyone starts from somwhere....

Greetings,
due to several reasons, i feel compelled to make a ... column on ED? and as the level of abuse and accusations here outstrips ukt by miles ;p i feel that a column here is the best place to place this .... pointless column.
(posted here anyway, happy flamings!)

a few years ago, i would ask a random of warfinder, any1 from any clan about "ED", and this would be thier reply:-

Me: i pld in ED PREM before... what u think of ed?
Random: one of the best leagues i've pld in, a good friendly league, it has it's shares of errors and the admins do a good enough job, a good starting place for any clan or team.

and today:-

me: er i pld in ed prem. does that count?
Random: ed is a sh*t league, the admins are w**k and quite possibly got the worst plyrs ever in the whole of the CS community

and then 4 days later

me using diff alias: Hi again. hows your clan ?
Same Random: We're joining ED as a starting league
me: despite, from what you told me 4 days ago that it is quite possibly the worst league?
Same Random: er...... who r u again?

(hmm?)


im not trying 2 make a point or anything, and this is certainly not about a post on how *s**t* the uk community is. bt im trying 2 make a point that every team, every clan, every player starts from somewhere, and ED is the place to be. i dont deny the fact that it has it's ....lets just say reputation, but dont forget the fact that many top teams today started from ED.

some teams like "choke" (and they still are, they're not in csgn prem for nothing) for example ;) and i0 "was" making a name for themselves, until they got themselves inactive :(

anyways, as pointless as this column is, i am quite happy for the flamings to start coming in, and trust me, i have kept this as brief as possible.
