'How to run a clan' article over at OzCstrike

Over at Ozcstrike they have posted another editorial, this time focusing on setting up and running of a clan. Heres a snippet:

"Once you have your clan name and web page, you need to think about how your are going to organise and administer the members of the group and interact with other clans. Communication is the key issue. You need to be able to effectively communicate with all your members."
