Rat RCon Build 267 Released

Rat RCon (a Remote RCON Admin tool for all Half-Life mods) has been updated to Build 267. It's new features include:
- Netcode updated - status command will work on servers with <= 16 players
- Server chat functionality updated with a comprehensive features and ability to monitor multiple servers allowing the administration of wars without being on the server
- Server chat's are now logged to a file which is located under the main folder of rat rcon Server Logs
- Resizable dialog boxes providing user flexibility on server position and layout
