Easy Speakin'

Aeflux has written up a new discussion piece over on CS Crossfire, entitled 'Easy Speakin'. He discusses the recent situation that arose between TSO (The Speakeasy Offensive) and DoP (Domain of Pain) in the CAL league, and whether TSO were right to pull out of the match because of favouritism shown towards certain clans.

The matter's now been resolved, but still head on over and join the discussion. For those that don't know what happened, I've put a little story run down in the comments.

For those that don't keep one eye on the American scene, I'll give a quick run down of the story. There's a 'roster lock' rule in the CAL league which means that, on a certain date the clans involved can't add any new players to their team roster. After this lock was in place, TSO had asked to add to their roster but of course, were refused because of the above ruling. They knew about it and accepted it, having to forfeit a match against X3 because of lack of players. They later discovered, just before their play-off semi-final match vs DoP, that DoP and two other clans had been allowed to add players to their roster, after the lock rule had commenced.

Of course, sensing some favouritism, TSO pulled out of the match until this was looked into, check the TSO site for the full story.
