The CS BlackList is a new site that just launched which aims to become the worldwide definitive list of cheaters. It allows server admins to submit 'cheater logs' to be included in the list, and there is a large file available with the full list of cheaters - currently with around 850 entries on the blacklist.

CSBL is the main meeting grounds for Anti-Cheat creators, Server Admins, and the General CS Public who want to stay informed of the latest Anti-Cheat methods.
We started this site after growing weary of having 10 CS sites to sift through for info, and 5 or more forums that we were subscribed to which basically gave us the same information, but we had to piece it all together. CSBL allows the Anti-Cheat creators the ability to upload their latest work directly to us, so you will have the latest versions of their work in ONE location!
