The CPL have updated with some news regarding their summer event this year. It'll take place in July and the primary game will be none other than CS: Condition Zero, with Day of Defeat being the focus of the secondary tournament. Here's a snippet of the statement:"The five-day CPL Summer Championship event will take place Saturday, July 13 to Wednesday, July 17, 2002 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, in downtown Dallas, Texas.You can find the rest of the info over on their site.The primary tournament game will be Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, currently being co-developed by Gearbox Software (www.gearboxsoftware.com) and Valve, LLC (www.valvesoftware.com). Condition Zero extends the award-winning Counter-Strike multiplayer game with new maps and weapons, while simultaneously introducing new technologies, an extensive single player campaign, and cooperative play.
Condition Zero will include the latest version of the number-one online action game, Counter-Strike, which will be updated to include some of the weapons, characters, scenarios and technology developed for Condition Zero.
