CS Mod team Interviewed by GameSpy.com

As a part of their Mod Developers Week GameSpy.com have interviewed the king of mods, the CS team. The article provides a very interesting read and even dips into some history of CS whilst heavily focusing on the much awaited CS 1.4. Here is a short extract from the interview:

GameSpy: Two of the most talked about features of this new update which I have seen are the bunny-hopping fix and Valve's new anti-cheat technology, which presumably CS will support 100%. How do you think these features are going to impact the Counter-Strike community?

Cliffe: The bunny-hopping fix should help a lot. It's a longstanding issue -- something we've never quite been 100% certain on how best to fix. We think we've got something solid. The anti-cheat tech is huge.

Gooseman: I'm looking forward to the anti-cheat thing.. Nothing is 100% certain when it comes to stopping cheats but I feel the new solution represents a very solid effort in the fight against cheaters
