The broadband users amongst us will be happy to know that you can all now test Counter-Strike 1.4, as it's been made publically available. Check out this CSNation post if you are interested in trying it out, it's recommended that only broadband users try it because there's too much stuff for 56k'ers to download each time you want to play it.Here's the 'how to' snippet:

- First download the setup. Install this program and whatnot. After installing, you have to choose where to place the cache folder. Finally you'll get to a login screen. Click on create account and enter in your e-mail address.
- Download the keygen file. Run the program and enter in your e-mail address. You'll get a key. This will be your "Special Offer Key."
- Go back to the create account page and type in your Special Offer Key. Enter in a password and you're off!
- "Subscribe" to Tracker and Counter-Strike, because they're both cool!
