Time for a new guide here on UKTerrorist, Dark_Raven has submitted his massive sniping guide. In it he covers everything you'll need to know about sniping, ranging from a little background info, sniping v camping, sniping weapons, and of course...a 'how to' on sniping effectively. Covered in this are things like positioning, movement, camouflage, firing, tips, and being the best:

"The offensive sniper is a team player to a point but will not be satisfied without a large kill count himself so while he/she will support fellow team members they will not sacrifice themselves to save another player. In actual fact they will allow that player to be gunned down, then sit in wait for the killer to show his face, reload or pick up the weapon of your dead friend.

A great piece of work and definitely worth reading.
