SummerBlue - CS 1.3 Report

Callas, from SummerBlue.net, has sent over an email to let us know that the SummerBlue CS 1.3 report is now online. Here's what he had to say:

"I know it's very late, and CS 1.4 is immenent. However, there is a large body of new material which will remain valid for 1.4 - including, unfortunately, some of the bugs with the player position history on the server. Also, the report is intended to be updated over time, so as soon as 1.4 comes out, obsolete material can be removed."

Some of you may remember SummerBlue from their previous report on the CS hitbox bugs.
