CS Nations Cup II: Maps & 1st Match Week

The CS Nations Cup rosters have already been made and the first match week starts on the 8th of April (ending on the 14th of April). It's been announced that there will be 5 match weeks with 2 fixed maps per week:

Week 1 - Nuke and Aztec
Week 2 - Train and Cobble
Week 3 - Dust2 and Prodigy
Week 4 - Aztec and Train
Week 5 - Dust2 and Nuke

Of some interest is that Team UK's first match is against Sweden...
