The popular, effective way of dealing with cheats has made another update. This time we see the inclusion of an auto update feature much like paladin and punkbuster. With the death of OGC the new cheating death is able to stop almost all commonly used cheats on the net.You can get the new version here.

has taken the open source code from OGC and is looking for coders to help him make the next big cheat :/

I have my own concept on how to beat the cheat.... unfortunately I have no money to finance the project or it would be in your hands right now (well in your HDD's anyway)...

well..anyway...i been keeping up with Valve and what they are developing regarding their anti-cheat system. It appears they have the same methodology as my own and rather than feel bitter that they are conceiving it without me I feel happy that they are on the right track.
No-one expects it to be perfect first time and most probably scoff at the idea of Valve inventing more software (cause the thought makes me cringe tbh) due to the past experiences we have....and gamers have long memories as you probably all know.
I hope to see it working well from the start as from what knowledge I have of the current cheats and their code....it seems they aint all that good tbh...they might seem clever for making a cursor goto a co-ordinate or setting transparency on a bitmap..but...
they dont defend themselves very well (anti-punkbuster was detectable eventually)...they are not polymorphic (yet) and the people coding it are obsessed by a computer game....oooh ...really intelligent coders there...sooooooo 1337...NOT!!!
/me awaits the flames of other programmers ready to spout lots of typographical abuse at me.....
My point to this mammoth "comment" is that the cheat situation isn't going away, but it isnt bothering us at the moment....
