Si9nal-9 and his partner in crime, Saliva, have updated their Counter-Strike Skin Outlet Mall with with a vast number of skins. 121 to be exact, with three player skin packs included.It's also worth noting that CS-Skins has a new site layout, which was made possible by Saliva. Be sure to give him a big round of applause when you wander on down there.
