New version of CS_Docks

It might have disappeared from the CS map lineup, but this old favourite has not been forgotten.
Mikezilla, jOeSmOe, Fletch, Mojo, and Euro*Brew have been working on a new version of cs_docks, and
CounterMap have the screenshots of this newly textured and redone map. Give it a
looksee.
