PrivatePlayers (P2) is a server plugin that'll allow you to decide exactly which players can play on your server, by entering their WONIDs or IPs into a MySQL database or a text file. It's recently been updated to version 0.20:
- added file support instead of MySQL database
- added IP recognition instead of WONID
- added users table preloading (in order to save from lags when players connect if MySQL and HL servers are not on the same LAN)
- added ability to append anything to MySQL query
