HLSV (Half-Life Server Viewer) seems to be a simple server query program, designed to integrate with Game-Tiger. GameTiger as you know is a website that allows users to search for fellow gamers. Just type in their alias and off you go. This program is a very good idea in my opinion. For more information visit their website.
