It was jonny who came up with these only picking 2 from each for the squad, and last time we saw that some of the best werent available to play, so ended up using much weaker players, when other players from the top teams would have been available..... If we wanted we could just pick all ONE/omg players and an extra, but that wouldn't get the majority's approval and there are plenty of players who deserve a shot, or another chance, at team uk. 	Weebull 19:04 24/3/2003	A national team may never have more than 2 members of the same active CS clan playing at the same time. For this rule players are considered to still be members of any clan they've been a member of (no matter how briefly) after 30 September 2002, and any clan that was active after that date is still considered to be an active clan. National captains are expected to know the full clan history of any player they wish to field; not knowing it will not be an excuse to break this rule. If any doubt is possible about the membership of a certain player in a certain clan (e.g. because of a try-out) then the captain must always get permission from the supervisor before using that player. There is no limit on how many members of the same clan can be registered with a national team. That's the player rule by the way. Sounds really messed up to me, especially that "September 2002" bit. The clan history of uk players is quite incredible and it will be very difficult nearly impossibly to pick a team without 3 players that have at some time pld in a clan under the same name.
