CS-Neo & HL2 Preview Screenshots

Counter-Strike Neo has been given its debut over in Japan. The Namco edited version of Counter-Strike is specially made for the arcade. CS-Nation have posted up some photo's and screenshots from the unveiling so check them out.

The Hungarian site Hardwiered.hu have posted some apparently 'new' HL2 screenshots. Here is just one of the five new shots:

Also I saw that Barney the creater of de_Aztec an de_inferno is after an animator to help him on his latest project. If you are interested in helping or you feel you have the skills e-mail narby@counter-strike.net with some examples of previous work.

Ok fair enough I haven't played half life 2, but anyone who's pld the leaked Doom 3 would probably agree with me when I say that in terms of atmosphere and appearance its pretty breathtaking. By releasing such a successful original, I think the developers have given themselves too high a mountain to climb. I honestly doubt that hl2 will be as big a game or as good a game as the original. also, those creatures look like the aliens in Starship troopers [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]
