The CPL Press Center sends word that the Hyatt Regency Hotel is now completely sold out during The CPL Pentium 4 Processor Summer Championship Event. Click here for more information.
The CPL also announced that they have secured a new sponsor. The new sponsor is "Taipei, Taiwan — Shuttle Inc, a leading provider of small form-factor (SFF) computers and mainboards". The deal will last throughout 2003 with a whole bunch of promotional activities expected.
In some sadder news Khe and Jsnakes are leaving the UK today. Good luck to them and hopefully they wont be gone too long.

A new clan called AWOL ("a way of life") has formed, it consists of Silicon, Carbonite, Crowder, Endo,beta and MMD. They are sponsored by Ellstar. Good luck.

Already played out some good games in pcws with fcc and a Dutch clan called dedicated who won X-Life LAN not long ago lost both (fcc 13-11, close game; 15-9 to dedicated, again a very close and even game) Here's hoping we can keep it together and show there are some 'unrecognised' players out there that are up and coming in the UK scene. Secondly I feel that most people who read this website would know who the guys in AWOL are, considering all of them are high level cs players. Personally I don't really care how much coverage we do or do not get...any publicity is good publicity. Hopefully we will let our CS do the talking. When strats are in place for the big 3 we'll start putting in some nice performances. Already got some nice CT strats for dust2 so all is going well right now.
