3D Action Planet have updated with a nice new article regarding paying to play over the net.This is a matter sure to hit the CS community soon and is well worth a read. The article, written by CitizenC and Hellchick takes the form of a debate:
CitizenC: Perhaps there is a happy medium that can be reached -- give me $50 worth of OFFLINE play. If I want to play online, on their servers, then I will pay. I understand the need for constant income when you are running the servers themselves. You have to pay for the bandwidth, server upgrades, the staff who maintain them.. but if I don't want too play online, I don't think I should be forced too.
What do you think about this definately controversial topic? Why not comment in the forums?
