Following their recent gain of Alienware sponsorship, 4Kings have now released their own line of Alienware PCs. There are two types of PCs on offer, one is a slightly cut down version with the other being top of the range high spec machine.
Without a shadow of a doubt Alienware use the best components and look damn good. However the only draw back I guess is the premium you have to pay for the best but as the old saying goes: "you get what you pay for".

Rip off, good for 4kings though. Some wannabe pro's with too much money will no doubt buy them. [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]

thats without a monitor for one that is cheap out of date slow ram.... The hd is also last year crap + the cpu is only a 3.2 and only a 32 bit processor *Sigh*
i could build that exact system for less than 1500 quid and i will do 2moz and post it on here :D Alienware think just because bright coloured sites and fancy logo's and cheap priced computers sell in america they might sell here ?? well we english "i hope" have more sense :> [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]

its a step in the right direction but it isnt going to work, simply too expensive, no ones going to pay an extra £1000 to get an alienware PC with a 4K logo on it, s***.... no one fvcking cares about 4K enough to blow £2.50 on them let alone £2,500
i wouldve gone into a different market area than top end super PC's seeing as the average gamer is 16-20 and doesnt have 2500 to spend on a PC.

its what makes people chose ALIENWARE over "n38 and alk0r computers LTD".
Its not that u can have a pc with 4k logo on it, but its a way for alienwware to show these pc's to people other than the ones who visit their site. Its an excellent example of why sponsoring clans pays off: no doubt "wanna be pro's will buy these rip off pc's", thinking that "if 4k use their pcs then that must give them skill, kinda like football pro wannabes wear nike boots. gj 4k and hopefully more and more sponsors will find good use for teams they sponsor :o [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]

that is why most of the best overclockers in the world will try and find pc3200 BH5 chips, like the Mushkin level 2, or some corsair XMS3200 LL. These chips will run crazy fast at low timings like 2-2-2-6.
