Despite a poor start to the World eSports Games, losing to ABIT-STRIKE of China 13 - 8, Four-Kings appear to have finally recaptured their long-lost form. Their last three games in the competition saw them see off Korean side FLUX (13 - 1), CPL Champions NoA (13 - 11) and most recently high-flying German outfit MouseSports (13 - 10).
Four-Kings defeated MouseSports 13 - 10 on de_inferno to secure their joint-top position in the competition. Unfortunately for MouseSports however one member of their lineup, Gore, returned to Germany for personal reasons. As such Hare, from American side United 5, has stepped up (or more likely accepted an all-expenses paid trip to live in Korea for a few weeks) to help MouseSports out.
Four-Kings Intel's impressive performances have blown the competition wide open with themselves, MouseSports, NoA and ABIT-Strike leading the pack with 9 points. Surprisingly CPL runners-up GamerCompany from the USA have struggled throughout the competition obtaining only one victory in four games. Four-Kings Intel's next two games see them facing Korean side Maven (same name, but different lineup from the team that defeated SK-Gaming at WCG) this Thursday before a rematch against ABIT-Strike on Sunday. UKTerrorist wishes the team the best of luck, keep up the fantastic work.

14:48 14/2/2005 It is pretty much a game a weak yeah and the coverage is pay per view on China TV or something, being watched by over 26 million people
^^ you are not serious? I knew gaming was popular in the far east, but not to that extent. I guess pro gaming is becoming a reality after all.
Considering the media coverage and spectator numbers prize money though seems a bit naff. [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]

And even though some Chinese religion is groovy like Falon Gong, they're stamping down on it massively.
And yes, ultimately religion is gay, never underestimate the power of stupid people regardless of their number and f*** religion right out of science! No place for it [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]
