CSGN Div 1 predictions!

Yesterday we saw the prem teams going at it, with 2 teams being replaced due to not being able to field a team and some quite suprising results lets see how the division 1 teams cope this week on de_dust2!

Predictions

ctx vs over The Top

The Ctx name is known very well by most of the UK, this incarnation of Ctx hasnt quite lived up to the name and i dont think it ever will none the less with the recent pick up of AcM player SolutionX[mN] i can see them doing very well. oTT have competed in CSGN for a few seasons now mainly in the 3rd division and always placing well, i think the jump from div 3 to 1 may be too hard for them to cope with and i see Ctx taking this game comfortably.

Prediction: 16 - 6 to Ctx

Prototype vs Grinded

Grinded were recently moved up from division 2 after some debate, i think this is the right choice as they are good enough to compete with even the prem teams, we see them in good form in SGL leading the invite division with good wins over, img, tMg and wink. Prototype have reformed after some long inactivity and not many people know much about them, they picked up Guccie who performed well at ig3 and we will have to wait and see how they perform.

Prediction: 16 - 5 to Grinded

coax vs eSports.edge

Coax won the division 2 last season and earned their place into division 1 despite what some people may say, i can see this match going either way as both teams strong lineups, depending on eSports team on the day i can see this game going either way.

Prediction: 16 - 14 either way

The Spartans vs Artis.SGL

Spartans the self proclaimed top 3 UK team have performed well in ESL league as of late finishing 4th place, many people see them being too arrogant and big headed and this is indeed the case! Artis recently joined up with SGL and recently attended IG3 where they were eliminated in the 2nd round of the knock out stages both teams have an active good lineup so this should be a tight game!

Engine On Mute vs gOtgame

And Finally we have eom v gotgame, many people felt as if eom deserved to be put in the premier division, on the recent IG rankings they came 4th place which shows how much effort they put in. Sickboy is back with a new gotgame team! he recently spent sometime in Canada playing in the AMERICAN CAL league so lets see if that pays off, i can see eom taking this comfortably.
