£3000 up for grabs in World Online Compo

World Online are starting up a UK CS competition, starting in January, with a top prize of £3000 pounds. The competition will be in the format of a 64 clan knock-out league. The only catch is that if you qualify for the compo, each entrant must pay £5. The qualifier is also used to seed the top clans.

However, here comes the interesting bit. They claim that they will be the first competition to make use of a revolutionary anti-cheating technology which makes an on-line only cash prize event possible.
