GameGune Euskal 2005, Bilbao, Spain

The upcoming GameGune 2005 competition begins in two days inside the ever-popular Euskal LAN party event series. In attendance are teams such as EYE, NiP, fnatic and x6tense.AMD. With a prize purse exceeding $20,000 we can anticipate a highly competitive week of action in Bilbao, Spain. The groups were recently announced yesterday and are as follows:

For 3 of the top 4 seeds, (1st - EyeBallers, 2nd - x6tense, 3rd - fnatc, 4th NiP) this event will be important for them to restablish themselves amongst the world's best and reignite a somewhat disappointing year. X6tense.AMD however will no doubt be looking to prove they are worthy of a rather dubious 2nd seed and establish themselves amongst the world's elite. Personally I will be following footclan, any team that travels from Mongolia to LAN events will always have my complete support.
