Electronic Sports World Cup

I have been tipped off that there will be a Electronic Sports World Cup. Games included will be CS, WC3 and UT2k3. Sounds a lot like the World Cyber Games (WCG). After the success of the first UKT LAN, the qualifiers for this event will also be held by us in Northampton.

Update: The Event Directors of the 'ESWC' also sent over an email containing a bit more info. You can find the whole thing in this column. In total, there will be $100,000 up for grabs in the Counter-Strike 5-on-5 tournament.
