ESWC CS Final 16

Unfortunately SCEE.Ladies were eliminated from the Electronic Sports World Cup last night after losing all 3 of their games. Thus the UK will no longer be represented in this competition. The groups for the 2nd stage of the male CS tournament have now been announced and begin today at 2pm.

As we enter the final 16 teams we can expect some great games, especially the encounter between SK.swe and MouseSports two of Europe's finest teams. Elsewhere Group 1 could be interesting if The Factory can repeat their SK.swe-beating performance. It is worth noting that 8 of the final 16 teams are scandinavian and all 4 Swedish-based sides have advanced.
