	arsen Head Arse UKTerrorist 02:20 11/3/2004	(This was an automated post) Within the last hour, the organisers of the upcoming Landed LAN 6 have revealed that they are to host the second Intel-sponsored Extreme Edition Challenge. Those who care to remember back to December last year, will recall the previous Extreme Edition Challenge was held at Landed LAN 5. The challenge saw two Intel sponsored teams face off against each other in 3 games. 4K won that event, overcoming the French clan Armateam, and will now try to hold onto the title at Landed 6. Their job is likely to be harder this time around, as they will face off against none other than the fearsome Swedes, Schroet Kommando. There will be full commentary by TSN and an event movie to look forward to by non other than Simon Bysshe. The main event of Intel's Extreme Edition Challenge will no doubt attract much attention as two of the Worlds best clans battle it out at the Oxford venue. The actual event will be a 150 player BYOC LAN hosting games from CS, Q3 and C&C Generals, with the Main event to follow. The venue boasts a huge floor fit for 1200 people with big screens for HLTV (...and rumours of a bar and even pool tables at the back.). When, where and how much? I hear you shout. Well the time is March 26^th - 28^th at the Oxford Brooke Students' Union. The cost of entrance into BYOC is just £30. The full press release is also available. Sign-ups open at 8pm tonight. From starting off as just an excuse for all the CIX + LOTR & co. ppl to meet each other for a laugh and a few games and pints its gone to being the most highprofile tournament in the UK!
