The end of Lastchance

Lastchance who have been most recently known as Team-CSGN have decided it’s finally time to call it a day due to two of their players, AdY and Kardy, deciding to part ways to the team in pursuit of new goals with a new team. It is not yet known which players will be involved in this team but many are speculating that it could be a new team involving the PCGamer members, ZaG, duck and ShaQ.

The official statement

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Team CSGN has decided to close its doors. After a successful win at Harrow Arena the future for the team couldn't look brighter, however some people wanted just that little bit extra. AdY and Kardy have decided to leave to form another team, (with big prospective sponsorship!) and I have no intentions on bringing in two more to fill their boots.

I would like to thank the CSGN organisation for taking in the team and our biggest sponsors Dustworld and SoftTrading that has helped us so much in the past. It has been a good few years of running a CS team and a bumpy ride, but I can finally say this will be my last team I will run and perhaps play for. It’s a shame we came so far, had so many laughs and formed such strong friendships, but as many people who play CS know, some people have different intentions than others.

Whether or not the rest of the Lastchance team will join up with new teams is not yet known!
