By7 is still like the only public i play on, but they've added so many s*ty server mod things that now you get loss on the servers, and registering is pretty poor. [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]

They removed VAC for a bit and shot reg improved, but too many cheaters flooded back. They won't remove adminmod because rcon is apparently too daunting for the admins.
