Obviously, the interview focuses mainly on nocturne's ambitions and how they plan to re-establish the famous name: Are you going to be attending any small LANs around your area for Practice together? Rhyzz: With mike at uni and me working its hard for all 5 of us to get together, we've realised that from just the first few weeks of playing together. We do plan on attending the next UKT lan, whenever it may be (hopefully sometime this year) but i doubt you'll see us at i19 or any 'small' lan like that, they're just not beneficial for the money you spend on them. 	DoZ Anti-saviour of UKT 14:57 25/1/2004	UKTlans raised the general standard, with more teams being able to compete more regularly. It didn't raise the top standard. To do that, the teams have to be challenged. TAG and I-eS are gonna manage that attending more major lans. If noc can go too, that's another one. Would be good to see lc get out there too. Good coverage and promotion to build it up as a big event that sponsers could get interested in. That in my opinion would help get 5-6 teams to international events rather than the 2-3 we have now. At the moment it seems that only CSGN has organised anything truely worth while and the possibility of Chris0 running a worthwhile League as well. The USA with the likes of CAL-i, CPL and cXg at least attempting the larger stuff is what we need more of. If there's prizes at lan then that's a bonus, but most people go for a good laugh and to meet up with teammates. All this pro CS bootcamping lark, is just another fantasy that people are one day gonna be able to make a proper career out of playing games. Its just the same old story of clans folding and reforming under a new name. Not many can be arsed putting in the time to actually work on some tactics to improve. I went to gameon for a night, and the network was 100x better than UKT lans, i-series, or any other lan i've been too. CPL rates and not a single bit of choke, and best of all, the food was cheap. At the moment it seems that only CSGN has organised anything truely worth while and the possibility of Chris0 running a worthwhile League as well. The USA with the likes of CAL-i, CPL and cXg at least attempting the larger stuff is what we need more of. At least you get something, as opposed to the nothing UKT offers at it's lans. TAG are at GameOn with our boys, blacklight and void this weekend. If there's prizes at lan then that's a bonus, but most people go for a good laugh and to meet up with teammates. All this pro CS bootcamping lark, is just another fantasy that people are one day gonna be able to make a proper career out of playing games. Its just the same old story of clans folding and reforming under a new name. Not many can be arsed putting in the time to actually work on some tactics to improve. I went to gameon for a night, and the network was 100x better than UKT lans, i-series, or any other lan i've been too. CPL rates and not a single bit of choke, and best of all, the food was cheap.
