A few snippets of news:

QTP have folded:
Due to some strong internal feelings towards a particular member, bop, eeon and fsk left #qtp last night/early hours of this morning (12^th Jan), probably to start up a new clan. This left pop, blade and rain who are now also looking for new clans as rebuilding #qtp would take too much work and time... Probably.
QTP were at the top of the CBUK ladder for a while, and came 2^nd and 7^th in the amateur and pro tournaments, respectively, at the last UKT event.
Landed LAN are now sponsoring a UK CS Team:
Landed Lan is pleased to announce our further expansion into the gaming community through the incorporation of Landed sponsored games teams. Our first new venture into this avenue is the new Landed CS team. This will be composed of the squad from team GDO (Game Dimension Online.) The players (RH, Kayone, Rysco, MX and team captain Turk1sh,) will both play under the name of and be managed by Landed. Landed has had a good relationship with these players in the past and is thrilled to be able to offer them the opportunity to take their gaming more seriously.

Tonight the second Clanbase Nations Cup semi-final is being played:
France - Denmark 27 - 21
The match should kick off at 8pm GMT.

The winner meets Finland (victor over Germany last week) in the final.

Seemingly they are just posting when they can be arsed. Fair enough saying not everyone wants to do that every day of their life but it was those news posters that applied for the job maybe they shouldnt have applied or step down if they cant be arsed anymore or dont have time. 	Undone^ ForsakeN 05:10 23/1/2004	Guys working as news posters at ukt, instead of having a bin called "news submissions" where you add news to until its "worthy" of being posted, why not just post the LATEST news. If you wait for all the news to build up, as we've seen so many times before it can be like a week until we see/hear about things. Sometimes theres only one news post a day.
