News Roundup: CS:S, HL2 Arcade & Steam

Here's some news bits that we've missed over the last week or so:

Clanbase have launched some CS:Source ladders which are already in full swing.
There are a few new channels around for finding your CS:S matches, we've been told about a new warfinder room in #warfinder.css, and a new gather channel at #css-gather (both on Quakenet).
Gamespot are reporting that we may be seeing an Arcade version of HL2 next summer.
A new Steam update was released last night, this round adds a 'tools' section to the Steam client and fixes a few bugs with foreign language characters and preloading.

Also, the observant among you may have noticed the new 'Post news' link on your login panel. As many of our newsies have recently gone to uni or pastures greener, I've now opened up the news system so that all registered users can post news. So for all you people who've been moaning about our news coverage recently, now you can do something about it.
