Team UK have become the first team to qualify for the European Nations Championship in Cologne. The tournament which is very similar to the Clanbase Nations Cup with group stages but instead of the whole competition being online their will be LAN finals with a 12,000€ prize fund. Team UK as you may or may not have been aware finished on the same number of points in their group as The Netherlands to seperate the two the admins had to take a look at the rounds ratio which was also equal at 76:44 for both teams. The admins then had to look at rounds won as the attacking team (Terrorist) to sperate the two nations. Team UK came out on top having won 39 rounds as Terrorist through the competition where as The Netherlands managed 35. The Netherlands will now join the groups 3rd place team Spain in a playoff to see who else from group A joins Team UK in Cologne.
Congratulations to the guys who played well throughout however getting to the finals may not be as easy as just winning the games. The Team UK manager Anisty recently stepped down and with Protex also having left earlier on in the season due to "internal differences" there is no one in control to arrange the sponsorship and flights. Although ENC have said this is currently being sorted (Myers name is floating around the rumour mill) there is another problem, with only 5 players able to go to Cologne the new manager must whittle the current squad of 7 down. The squad currently stands like this: ShaQ, ZaG, Mangiacapra, Harriman, kae, aKujii, KritikaL.
